Lindsey Lubofsky is a senior at UVM, majoring in environmental studies with a minor in reporting & documentary storytelling. While her home is Cape Cod, MA, she is excited to learn more about Vermont’s happenings. Lindsey enjoys making art and walking through nature — but most of all, she’s always thrilled to chat about food.
